Ghanaian striker Sean Adarkwa is pleased to sign for Maidstone on loan for the remainder of the season.
Adarkwa has been on the sidelines with injuries at Queens Park Rangers for ten months and he is now fit for action.
He attracted interest from Maidstone after they observed him and he is elated to join them on loan.
“I had a game against Brighton and Hak was there watching.” Adarkwa emphasized after signing his loan deal
“Maidstone contacted the club and I came in and trained for a couple of weeks and then signed on loan. I thought it was the right thing to do.
“It’s tough being out injured but I just kept my head and kept going.
“It had to be quite basic but towards the end it got better and now I’m back.
Adarkwa admitted that he is fortunate to get a team like Maidenhead after his long injury lay off and he will do his best to hit top form.
“It’s lucky I got this loan here after a 10-month injury. I’m enjoying it.
“Training has been good and I’ve integrated well with the boys. They play good football,” he added.
Adarkwa previously played for West Ham where he went through the youth ranks up to the second team.
