Serie A side Genoa are reportedly keen on signing Ghana international winger Kamaldeen Sulemana from Premier League club Southampton this January, according to Italian media reports.
The 21-year-old, who was close to joining Ajax during the summer, has now emerged as a top target for Genoa. He is expected to make the move to the Luigi Ferraris Stadium in the coming days.
Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio reports that the Serie A club is eager to strengthen their attacking options and has identified the former Stade Rennais player as their primary target.
Sulemana has made 9 league appearances for Southampton this season, and with 19 caps for the Ghana national team, he continues to attract interest from top European clubs.
