Spanish La Liga sides, Gatefe and Celta Vigo, are hot on the heels of Ghanaian forward Prince Twumasi, a rising star in the Ghanaian second-tier league.
The 19-year-old sensation from Division Two side Vital Stars Academy in the Ashanti Region has been making waves with his impressive goal-scoring record, bagging 14 goals in 13 matches last season and already 13 goals in 14 matches in the just-ended season.
The young Ghanaian’s is exceptional talent have not gone unnoticed, with several Ghana Premier League teams, including Hearts of Oak and Samatex, keeping a close eye on him.
However, it is the European clubs that have really taken notice, with Spanish La Liga sides Gatefe and Celta Vigo leading the chase.
As the transfer window continues to unfold, it remains to be seen which club will ultimately secure Twumasi’s signature.
