The President of AshantiGold SC, Dr Kweku Frimpong has slammed GHALCA chairman Kudjoe Fianoo and his cohorts and asked them to stop sabotaging the club.
Speaking on Oyerepa FM, furious Dr. Frimpong unleashed his anger at at Mr. Fianoo for what he termed as ‘nonsense acts’.
The Business mogul was reacting to claims that Ashantigold SC has declined completely under his administration.
Once, touted a model club, Ashgold have become a pale shadow of themselves.
The club can no more be described as a third -force side in the Ghanaian domestic league.
In response to the claims against him, Kwaku Frimpong has thrown a counter allegation that Mr. Fianoo and others are on a campaign to bring him down.
He alleged that Fianoo and his cohorts want him to fail as leader of the club and has dared Mr. Fianoo to face him directly.
“Fianoo can meet me boot to boot. He has contracted media houses to tarnish the image of Ashgold. We know everything,” he said.
“I am daring him to stop that nonsense. He failed when he was handed his same team.
“If they stop their nonsense acts, the problems will cease. They can’t even take care of their children. I personally take care of over 60 people and they want to destroy me,” he concluded.
