Following the end of the encounter, Rahman who replaced Gideon Mensah bin the closing end of the game took his excitement to social media to react to the game.
“Alhamdulillah for the win- now time to keep the faith and continue working. This was for all Ghanaians.” tweeted the Reading player.
Ghana will play Uruguay in their last group game on Friday, December 2, hoping to advance from Group H.
