Former Asante Kotoko forward Kwame Poku Bayie believes that the Algerian top-flight competition is one of the best in Africa.
The USM Algiers man is rumored to make a return to Asante Kotoko after struggling to get many opportunities.
But he has fond memories of Algeria.
“The Algerian league is not a bad one at all. It is one of the best leagues in Africa. I have learned a lot of things from there. I struggled to learn the language. It was a huge problem. The food too,” he told Angel FM.
He left Asante Kotoko after breaking into the scene in 2020.
