The president of the Ghana Football Association, Kurt Okraku has emphasized that the target which was given to Black Stars, Coach Milovan Rajevac was very clear therefore he stays on as the country’s manager.

According to the FA boss, the Serbian trainer will remain the Black Stars coach despite his abysmal performance at the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Cameroon.

Most Ghanaians are calling for the sacking of the head coach of the Black Stars after failing to progress from the group stage as a result of the team’s painful defeat to Comoros last Tuesday.

Speaking on Kessben FM’s Midfield Action few hours after the Black Stars team arrived at the Kotoka international airport, Kurt Okraku reiterated that coach Milovan Rajevac was given a clear target of winning the AFCON and also qualifying the Black Stars to the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

In view of the above, the GFA president reckons Coach Milovan Rajevac has not completely failed on the target given him to warrant a sack until his performance is reviewed.
