Bechem United head coach Kwaku Danso has stated that the ongoing 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season lacks a standout team, making the competition highly contested.
Speaking at a pre-match press conference on Bechem United TV ahead of their clash with defending champions FC Samartex, Coach Danso emphasized the importance of treating every opponent with respect as his team pushes for the league title.
“We take every game as it comes. We never underrate any opponent. If you look at the league we are playing, there is no exceptional team, and so the league is keenly contested,” Coach Danso remarked.
Bechem United is currently one of the most in-form teams in the league, boasting a four-game winning streak and remaining unbeaten in their last five matches. Their impressive run of form has positioned them as strong contenders in this season’s title race.
However, the Hunters face a significant challenge this weekend when they meet FC Samartex on Saturday, December 21. The defending champions will look to halt Bechem United’s momentum in what promises to be a thrilling encounter.
