Thomas Partey sends heartwarming message to President Akufo-Addo, GFA, Entire Black Stars team and Ghanaians

Ghana deputy captain, Thomas Partey has thanked the football loving fans in the country for their unflinching support during the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup playoffs against Nigeria.

Partey also thanked the first gentleman of the land, H. E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for his enoumous support to the team.

The Arsenal star midfielder Thomas Partey also took the opportunity to say thank you to the Ministry of Youth and Sports for their support.

Again, the deputy Ghana captain also mentioned the technical team of the Black Stars together with the Ghana FA in his special thank you message.

The 28-year-old Ghanaian playmaker also acknowledged his teammates who gave their all to ensure Ghana’s qualification to the World Cup in Qatar.

I want to give a special thanks to all Ghanaian football loving fans , the government of Ghana, the Ministry of Sports , the Ghana Football Association, the technical & management team ,former national team players, members of the current team and to all who played a role in the qualification stages.Against all odds , and with your support we did this together.

We felt the support even in the toughest moments and I wish to say a huge thanks and congratulations to each and everyone.

It is time to prepare for the World Cup and we will continue to work hard to defend the good name of Ghana on the world stage
