Arsenal star midfielder Thomas Partey’s parents have landed safely in Qatar to watch their son play at the World Cup for Ghana’s Black Stars.
The midfielder is playing his first ever FIFA World Cup tournament for his country as they lost their first game against Portugal on Thursday evening.
Partey is expected to be named in Black Stars starting XI against the South Koreans by Otto Addo on Monday afternoon with kickoff at 1pm
The Black Stars return to action with a clash against the Asian powerhouse South Korea at the Education City Stadium in Al Rayyan.
The Black Stars who are making their fourth FIFA appearance will end their group stage campaign with a clash against Uruguay at Al Janoub Stadium in Al Wakrah.
