Former Ghanaian international Tony Baffoe is among high profile retired African footballers who will be in Kigali from October 12 to October 14 for the launch of the Veterans Club World Championship.
VCWC is a platform for sports Veterans from around the World to connect, compete and contribute to Sustainable development and they are set to hold a tournament in Kigali.
The competition is scheduled for Kigali in the summer of 2024 and it will be officially launched in the coming week.

Aside Baffoe, other legends who will be at the launch as special guests are Roger Milla. Jimmy Gatete, Lilian Thuram, Khalilou Fadiga, and Patrick Mboma.
