Ghana Premier League side BBechem United FC FC have rejected a bid from Accra Hearts of Oak SC for their star striker, Hafiz Konkoni Wontah.
According to the club’s new head coach Bismark Kobi Mensah, the club has officially decided not to sell the player to the Ghanaian giant.
“I have been told that the club is not ready to accept any offer for any of their players unless it comes from a foreign club.”
“Thus I will most likely have the core of the team to build on,” explained Kobi Mensah, the new head coach of Bechem United, in an interview with Onua Sports.
Hearts of Oak SC are keen to sign the striker for the upcoming 2023-24 Ghana Premier League campaign after gojng trophiless for the first time in three seasons.
