Two standout players from Hearts of Oak, Ransford Mensah and Hussein Mohammed, have been named in the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League Week 3 Team of the Week following their impressive performances in the club’s 2-0 victory over Bechem United.
The Phobians showcased a solid display at the Legon Sports Stadium, where goals from Mensah and Hamza Issah secured the win. Their contributions were crucial to the team’s success, earning Mensah and Mohammed spots in the prestigious Team of the Week selection, compiled by former Black Stars goalkeeper Fatau Dauda.
Other notable players included in the Week 3 Team of the Week are Heart of Lions forward Kwadwo Obeng Jnr, Asante Kotoko’s Emmanuel Antwi, and Legon Cities duo Ismael Amoah and Kwame Aziz.
