Mahmoud Nagy Ahmed Nagy Mosa, an Egyptian referee, has been appointed to officiate Ghana’s U-23 Africa Cup of Nations opening game against Congo.
He will be supported by his compatriot, Sami Mohamed Abouzid Halhal, as Assistant I, Adel Abane from Algeria as Assistant II, and Gamouh Youcef from Algeria as the Fourth Referee.
The Match Commissioner for the game will be Issaka Adamou from Niger.
