Ghanaian forward Eugene Ansah bagged a brace in the UEFA Europa Conference League on Thursday evening against Poland side Slask Wroclaw.
Ansah scored in both halves for the Red and Whites outfit as they whitewashed their opponents 4-0 to advance to the next round of the 2021-22 competition.
The 26-year-old Ghanaian Center-forward took just two minutes to score the opening goal of the match with a beautiful strike after pouncing on a loose ball inside the box before chipping the ball over the goalkeeper and slotting home nicely.
Ramiz Safuri scored the second goal five minutes later to give the Red and Whites a 2-0 first half lead.
Nine minutes after the break, Ansah was on the score sheet again after the defense of the visitors failed to clear their lines inside the box before powering home his brace and the home team’s third.
Itamar Shviro added the fourth goal eight minutes from full time to make the final score an emphatic 4-0 win.
Ansah has scored four goals for Beer Sheva since he joined the club this summer with three of his goals coming in the UEFA Europa Conference League.
