Asante Kotoko has initiated the construction of a state-of-the-art astro turf at the Adako Jachie Training Complex.
According to information gathered by Sportsworldghana.com, a team of experts from Accra has begun the construction work on the turf.
Ghana-based company Benak Construction Limited has commenced its part of the project, which is scheduled to span five months.
Upon completion of the Ultra Modern Complex, the facility will include a 5,000-seater capacity stands, staff residences and an ultra-modern dressing room.
The astro turf project, fully funded by the club’s life patron, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, is expected to be finished within the next six months.
