Ghanaian full-back Jeremie Frimpong showed his local side in a FIFA ratings video with Callum Hudson-Odoi and Timothy Fosu Mensah.
He said ‘meeba towobo’ as he was laughing at the rating of one of the players, signalling that he may have not given up on Ghana yet.
In 2021, Frimpong stated that he wanted to play for the Netherlands.
“I was born in the Netherlands, so for me it’s simple: I want to play for Orange (Dutch national team),” Frimpong said to De Telegraaf.
But it seems the stance could change in the near future.
The Black Stars squad is currently in France preparing for a game against Brazil on Friday.
