Nsoatreman FC’s coach, Maxwell Konadu, fell victim to an attack by Bofoakwa Tano fans, suffering a merciless beating at the Sunyani Coronation Park.

The incident occurred after Nsoatreman FC secured a draw against Bofoakwa Tano, as confirmed by the football club’s official announcement on Sunday, November 19, 2023.

Nsoatreman FC expressed that the assault occurred “for picking up a point in a draw game against the home team Bofoakwa Tano.” The draw placed Nsoatreman in the second spot on the league table, maintaining a position above Bofoakwa Tano, who had a strong start to the 2023/2024 season.
