Ghanaian attacker Elvis Amoh was on target again for Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC in their 4-2 away defeat to Monterey Bay FC in the American USL Championship on Saturday.
Hugh Roberts opened the scoring for Monterey Bay FC in the 44th minute before Sam Gleadle doubled the lead in the 51st minute.
Three minutes later Hadji Barry pulled one back for Colorado Springs.
The hosts upped their performance and extended their lead to 3-1 in the 73rd minute, thanks to Andrian Rebollar with Chase Boone adding the fourth goal after 90+3.
With the game almost ending 4-1 for Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC, Ghanaian internation Elvis Amoh hit the back of the net in the 90+7 to reduce his team’s deficit to 4-2.

Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC are second on the league standings with 24 points after playing 10 matches, three points adrift to leaders San Antonio.
