Ghanaian promising teen attacker Charles Sagoe Jr scored scored the decisive goal in the fourth minute of stoppage time as Arsenal U18s beat Aston Villa 3-2 away on Monday afternoon in a tumultuous encounter.
Aston Villa took the lead in the ninth minute, with Taylor Jay-Hart opening the scoring.
Arsenal sought to report as Nwaneri did well to locate Vigar, but the striker’s header was off target.
James Sweet was then fouled in the area and Vigar stepped up to take the spot-kick but his effort was saved.
Just before half time Arsenal finally equalised, with Cozier-Duberry playing in Mauro Bandeira, who finished emphatically for his first goal at this level.
Arsenal made a change at the start of the second half as Tino Quamina replaced Lino Sousa.
In the 53rd minute Arsenal took the lead with Nwaneri passing to Josh Robinson, who embarked upon an excellent solo run and then finished well.

Sagoe Jr then entered the fray in place of Vigar and the shortly after his introduction the substitute found Mathaeus Roberts, whose effort hit the crossbar.
Arsenal’s final change saw Jimi Gower replace Nwaneri, who again gave a good account of himself at this level.
Villa equalised as Finley Munroe’s effort deflected in off Robinson.
However, Sagoe Jr was determined for Arsenal to secure all three points. Firstly he had an effort cleared off the line and then, deep into injury time, he finished adroitly after being set up by Gower.
Arsenal U18s have now registered two victories in succession and remain in sixth place in the table, eight points behind the leaders, Manchester City.
The Gunners Under-18 next Premier League league game will be against West Brom on Saturday, March 12.
