On a Saturday afternoon, Ghanaian winger Kamaldeen Sulemana demonstrated his exceptional talent by providing a pivotal assist in Southampton’s remarkable 3-1 victory over Birmingham City.

The 21-year-old played a significant role in the match, starting at the Friends Provident St. Mary’s Stadium and contributing for 76 minutes.

Southampton took control of the game from the start, and it was in the ninth minute when they secured a crucial lead. Harwood-Bellis headed in the opening goal following a well-executed short-corner routine that involved Stuart and Adam Armstrong. The latter provided the assist for the Manchester City loanee, marking his third professional goal.

The second goal for Southampton was a result of Sulemana’s involvement. Sulemana and Stuart Armstrong combined effectively on the left side, and the Ghanaian international delivered a precise cross that set up Carlos Alcaraz to make it 2-0.

Although Birmingham City managed to score a consolation goal in the 58th minute through Jay Stansfield, Southampton extended their lead in the 86th minute. Adam Armstrong added his name to the scoresheet, securing a convincing 3-1 victory for the home team.
