Ghana’s forward Joseph Paintsil dazzled in KRC Genk’s big win over Standard Liege in the Belgium Jupiler Pro League at home.
The Ghanaian forward played a fantastic game and capped it off with his first assist of the season in his team’s 3-1 victory.
The 24-year-old set up Nigerian star Cyriel Dessers to score the first goal of the match to put the hosts 1-0 up just eight minutes into the game.
Paintsil lasted 73 minutes of the match before he was substituted and replaced by Angelo Preciado for the last 17 minutes of the match.
The Ghanaian international has one assist in two matches for the Blue and Whites outfit and helped them to secure their first win of the season.
