Ghanaian forward Sharani Zuberu was on target for Slovakia Fortuna Liga side Slovan Bratislava against HŠK Zrinjski Mostar on Tuesday evening.
The former Dreams FC player netted his team’s second goal in their 2-2 stalemate against opponents from Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Alexander Cavric opened the scoring in the first half of the match to put the hosts 1-0 up five minutes into the encounter.
On the 66th minute mark, Sharani scored the second goal for the home team to put the hosts 2-0 up in the game and 3-0 on agrregate.
The visitors got two late goals to get themselves back in the game but suffered elimination due to the first leg defeat at home.
The 23-year-old Ghanaian forward scored the winner for Slovan Bratislava in the first leg a week ago which proved vital to send his team through to the next stage.
