Hacken has 57 points from 27 matches this season and could end the season with the title if they manage to win two games and a draw in their last three games.
The 22-year-deal Ghana forward has seven goals, two assists in 16 matches for the Yellow and Blacks outfit since he joined during the winter transfer window.
