Ghanaian goalkeeper Jojo Wollacot produced a wonderful and a masterclass save in Ghana’s 1-1 stalemate in Nigeria on Tuesday, March 29.
The 25-year-old came up with a crecial block which could have resulted in a goal for the Super Eagles of Nigeria in the 2022 World Cup playoff second leg.
A long free-kick was sent into the box but the Ghana goalkeeper was bold to come out of his post to produce a goal bound save to keep Ghana in the game.
He was called into the action for several times in the game which was played at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja on Tuesday evening, March 29.
His exploits in the game ensured Ghana’s qualification to the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar, which kicks start in November this year.
