Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC striker Franck Thierry Mbella Etouga grabbed his 20th League goal of the season on Sunday Afternoon at the Akoon Park in Tarkwa.
The Cameroonian youngster scored the Reds second goal on the afternoon as they beat Medeama SC 2-0 away from home in the Ghana Premier League week 31 clash.
The striker was set up captain Salifu Mudasiru on the stroke of half time to to score the insurance goal for Kumasi Asante Kotoko who needed the win very badly.
The 20-year-old prodigy showed calmness in from of goal as he easily went to goalkeeper to slot home the second in Kotoko’s 2-0 win.
He has scored 20 goals and provided three assists for the Porcupine Warriors this season in the Ghana Premier League.
He was in the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon initial list but was later dropped by head coach Rigobert Song.
