Ajax Amsterdam Mohammed Kudus was on target in the Black Stars 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier opener victory against Madagascar.

The Black Stars failed to get a goal after an incredible attacking minded display in the first half.

Back from recess, Kudus opened the lead for the Black Stars in the 54th minute.

Two minutes later after Kudus’ strike, Afena-Gyan scored to extend the Ghanaian team’s lead to 2-0 when he connected a good pass from Gideon Mensah after Jordan Ayew’s corner kick.
