Former Accra Hearts of Oak SC midfielder Abdul Umar Manaf scored a Goal-Of-The-Season contender with a sumptuous and a spectacular strike to hand his former club defeat on Sunday evening.

The midfielder produced a moment of magic and pure genius when he struck from very far to find the top right corner with a wonderful strike late in the game to give the home team all three points.

Seven minutes to the end of the match, former Phobians, Abdul Umar Manaf scored a sumptuous and jaw-breaking goal to win all three points for the Pride of the North.

Real Tamale United FC beat Accra Hearts of Oak SC 1-0 at the Aliu Mahama sports stadium in Tamale.
