Nigerian lower tier club Simoiben FC have lauded their player Michael Emmanuel for winning the best player in the ongoing WAFU B under 17 game between the Super Eaglets and the Black Starlets on Saturday.
Michael netted a superb free kick and put up a good showing as the Eaglets walloped the Starlets by four goals to two in Cape Coast.
He was adjudged the best player of the game and his club have praised his effort.
“Congratulations to Michael Emmanuel for winning the man of the match award in Nigeria U17 4-2 win over Ghana. We are proud of you and the team.” Simoiben FC tweeted.
Michael was among the best players in the Nigerian lower level league this ended season and he is continuing his form at national team level.
