Former Nigerian international Ifeanyi Ideze says the Super Eagles are not afraid to play against Ghana in the world cup qualifying play off next month.
Udeze revealed that he has spoken with a number of the Nigerian players and they are all poised to at least get a draw from the first leg in Cape Coast.
“I am not worried because I know the players are looking forward to the game. I spoke with some of them and they told me they are focused on the game.“ He told Brilla FM.
”We should go to Ghana and get at least a draw and come home to finish the job and also let’s pray our players are injury free for the qualifiers.“He added.
Udeze featured for Nigeria in the 2022 world cup in Japan/South Korea. They defeated Ghana home and away in that qualifier.
