Ghana Football Association (GFA) President Kurt Okraku has proclaimed the GFA as the most transparent sporting entity in Ghana.
While appearing before the Parliamentary Select Committee on Ghana football on Monday, September 30, 2024, Okraku highlighted that both the Confederation of African Football (CAF) and FIFA have audited the GFA continuously for five years.
“I have been in office for less than eight years, with five years in office and two and a half years during Covid. Our financial records are public and have been audited continuously by CAF and FIFA, with our auditors being Bakertilly Andah + Andah,” he stated.
He further emphasized the GFA’s close collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Sports in all matters regarding national team engagements.
