Ghana head coach Chris Hughton has revealed that his technical team and players are full of respect for their AFCON qualifiers opponents, Madagascar.
The Ghana gaffer says their opponents, Madagascar have got a lot of good players in their ranks which has triggered a lot of admiration and respect for them ahead of Sunday’s game in Antananarivo.
We have big respect for the players. They have a lot of good players in their team and a lot of technically gifted players so as I said, we’ll treat them with respect and we expect a difficult game”, he said.
“If we play to the best of our capabilities, then we know we can get the results, But this is Football”, he noted.
“We have trained hard this week and I know the players will be very prepared”, he added.
Ghana needs a win away from home to return top of the table and to secure a spot at the next total energies Africa Cup of Nations tournament.
