New Aduana FC midfielder Samuel Tenedu has set his sights on winning the Ghana Premier League title after completing his move to the Dormaa-based club ahead of the 2026/27 season.
The former Berekum Chelsea player believes Aduana FC possess the quality, mentality and determination required to compete for the championship as the club aims to return to the top of Ghanaian football.
Speaking after his official unveiling, Tenedu expressed confidence in the club’s ambitions and called for unity among the players and technical team as they chase success in the upcoming campaign.
“There will be high expectations for the team next season, and I strongly believe we have what it takes to win the Ghana Premier League title,” Tenedu said.
“I’m confident that, with hard work and unity, everything will fall into place, and we’ll achieve our goals in the upcoming campaign.”
The 23-year-old midfielder joins Aduana FC after gaining valuable top-flight experience with Legon Cities, Asante Kotoko and Berekum Chelsea.
Known for his composure, versatility and ability to control play from midfield, Tenedu is expected to play an important role as the Fire Club look to build a competitive squad capable of challenging for major honours.
Aduana FC will be hoping his experience and winning mentality can help drive the team’s push for a successful 2026/27 Ghana Premier League campaign.
