Ghanaian defender Mohammed Salisu has reacted to Southampton victory against Everton in the English Premier League,
The former Real Valladolid star reached sixty interceptions in the Premier League this season after helping Southampton beat Everton by 2-0 on Saturday.
The young Ghanaian center back is the leader of the interception metric in the EPL this season.
Southampton are also unbeaten in their last nine league games at home and Salisu has been a big part of that home invincibility.
Salisu, 22, has featured in 24 Premier League games for Southampton this season.
Meanwhile, Salisu could make his Black Stars debut in the FIFA 2022 World Cup qualification play-offs against the Super Eagles of Nigeria next month.
