Asante Kotoko SC first choice goalkeeper Ibrahim Danlad has reacted to his team’s emphatic victory in the Ghana Premier League week 31 round of games.

The former Ghana U20 goalkeeper kept a clean sheet in his team’s impressive performance and win on the road on Sunday afternoon in Tarkwa at the Akoon Park.

Kotoko were too strong for hosts, Medeama SC as they beat the Yellow and Mauves outfits 2-0 away from home to inch closer to lifting the 2021-22 Ghana Premier League season.

Ibrahim Danlad produced two good saves in the game to help his side secure a vital away win at the dreaded Akoon Park in Tarkwa to open a nine points gap at the summit of the league standings.

“Alhamdulillah to Ya Allah. We love @AsanteKotoko_SC supporters. Great performance to the team. Unto the next game at Obuasi”, he wrote on social media.

Goals from Andrew Appau and Cameroonian import Franck Thierry Mbella Etouga ensured Kotoko came home clean with all three points unscathed.
