Kamaldeen Sulemana is expecting his team mates to up their game to make sure they make Ghana proud once again after failed tournaments in last year.
The Southampton FC attacker says the Black Stars team must make sure the raise the bar when it comes their performance in recent games.
The Black Stars will resume training for a doubleheader against Angola in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations [AFCON] in March.
The young star is calling on his Black Stars teammates to return with the mindset of making amends after the poor performance in Qatar.
“We need to return to international football with the mindset of improving from the outing in Qatar,” Sulemana told the BBC.
“Everyone understands what is expected and we cannot make the same mistakes again as a country.
“We must do all we can, deliver on the pitch and make our country proud.”
