Medeama SC midfielder Manuel Mantey has revealed that the team is fully focused and prepared for their crucial Ghana Premier League encounter against Asante Kotoko.
The Yellow and Mauves will host the Porcupine Warriors this weekend in a Week 29 fixture of the 2025/26 season at the TnA Stadium.
Speaking ahead of the game, Mantey emphasized the importance of the clash, noting that Medeama are determined to secure all three points to boost their title ambitions.
“This game is a very crucial one for us because, as far as the title race is concerned, we need the maximum points to go to the top of the league table. Kotoko will come in with full force, so we also need to be ready. Everyone knows what is at stake, and we will do whatever is possible to get the result,” he told Medi TV.
The highly anticipated fixture is scheduled to kick off at 3 pm on Sunday, April 12.
A victory for Medeama could see them climb to the top of the Ghana Premier League standings, depending on results elsewhere, further intensifying the race for the title.
