Black Stars midfielder, Daniel-Kofi Kyereh, says Ghana will have to demonstrate strong signs of being ready for any opponents when they take to the FIFA World Cup.
Ghana is set for a return to the global showpiece after missing out on the last edition in 2018, Russia.
Kyereh, who was key during Ghana’s qualification to the World Cup, has stressed that the team needs to show desire and be ready for any country.
Speaking on his expectations for the tournament, he told GQ South Africa, “I anticipate a fun tournament. And I expect us to represent our country to the best of our abilities, demonstrating to the world that we can compete with anyone.”
Kyereh featured in Ghana’s two friendly games against Brazil and Nicaragua as part of preparations for the Qatar tournament.
