The President of Medeama Sporting Club, Moses Armah Parker, is determined to defeat Al Ahly in the upcoming clash in the Uefa Champions League. The Ghana Premier League champions are gearing up to host the African giants on Friday, February 23.

In an interview with Akoma FM, Moses Parker expressed Medeama SC’s determination to secure victory. He emphasized that the team will spare no effort in their pursuit of the three points.

“Medeama is going all out for this game; it holds immense significance for us. We’ve achieved it before in 2015 against TP Mazembe at Essipong, so repeating that feat is within our grasp. This Friday, we aim to surprise Ghanaians by defeating Al Ahly and securing qualification in Algeria,” stated the President of Medeama SC.

Continuing his remarks, Moses Parker refrained from making a definite prediction but assured that the team will relentlessly pursue victory through positive means. He also highlighted the importance of the support from all Ghanaians in their endeavor.

“I won’t outrightly predict a win, but we are determined to pursue it through every possible avenue. We rely on the support of all Ghanaians. Additionally, I have prepared a substantial reward package for the players if they emerge victorious on Friday. Though I cannot disclose the specifics of the bonus, rest assured it surpasses what the FA proposed for the Black Stars. I understand the players’ need for more, and this bolsters my confidence in our ability to triumph against Al Ahly,” affirmed Moses Parker.

The highly anticipated CAF Champions League encounter between Medeama SC and Al Ahly is scheduled to commence at 4 pm at the Kumasi Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
