Dreams FC head coach, Karim Zito, shared his belief that the second leg match against Egypt’s SC Zamalek will pose a greater challenge than the first leg encounter.
Scheduled at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi on Sunday, April 28 at 16:00 GMT, the match holds significant importance for Dreams FC.
After a goalless draw with Zamalek in Egypt, the Still Believe lads are eager to secure a win to progress to the CAF Confederation Cup final in their first participation in the tournament.
Zito emphasized the difficulty of the upcoming match, stating, “We had a meeting before the beginning of our training that this stage we are going to play is more difficult than the first stage and is more open so it’s not about us coiling. We are going all (out) to score but with caution,” as he told Citi Sports.
Zamalek’s Portuguese head coach, Jose Gomes, expressed regret over his team’s missed chances in the previous encounter, setting the stage for an intense and closely contested rematch.
