Assistant manager of West Ham United, Billy McKinlay has responded to questions on why Mohammed Kudus is yet to start a Premier League game.
Black Stars midfielder, Mohammed Kudus is yet to start a Premier League game despite featuring in 3 matches since making the move from Ajax in the summer.
With the fans still bent on seeing Kudus start Premier League games, Billy McKinlay said the plan is to gradually integrate him into the league.
According to Billy McKinlay the physicality of the league is the reason why they won’t rush in using him.
“Mohammed Kudus has settled in at the Club really well and we can see there is a talented footballer there who cares about his football and wants to come in and contribute,” McKinlay told the club’s Official Website.
“I think we maybe just have to be mindful of the fact it is a really tough league, the Premier League, and it’s really difficult to come in and set it alight.
