Tanzanian Premier League winners, Young Africans SC have officially confirmed that they have parted ways with Ghanaian midfielder Bernard Morrison.
Morrison was instrumental for the club during the 2022-23 Tanzania Premier League campaign and helped them to win the trophy for a second year running.
“We thank Bernard Morison for his contribution throughout his stay with us, and we wish him all the best in his career away from Young African SC.” – the club stated on Wednesday.
The 30-year-old Ghanaian midfielder managed five goals and four assists in the 2022-23 season for the Green and Yellow outfits.
He bagged two goals in the 2022-23 CAF Confederation Cup competition as his side lost in the final to USM Alger on the away goal rule.
