Aduana Stars’ head coach, Yaw Acheampong, exudes confidence as he anticipates having a full squad available for their upcoming clash against Hearts of Oak in the Ghana Premier League.

In preparation for their next fixture, Acheampong and his team embarked on a journey to the capital to confront Accra Lions in a crucial match.

Despite the high stakes, the encounter in Week 29 resulted in a stalemate, with neither side managing to find the back of the net, culminating in a goalless draw.

Following the match, Coach Yaw Acheampong addressed the media in a post-match interview, expressing his perspective on the game. Despite the absence of several key players, he refrained from attributing the outcome solely to their unavailability.

Acheampong remained optimistic about the prospects of his team, expressing hope that injured players would recuperate in time for the impending showdown against Hearts of Oak.

Looking ahead to the crucial fixture against Hearts of Oak, Acheampong conveyed his satisfaction with his team’s performance in the previous match, instilling confidence in their ability to compete effectively.

“Our next game is against Accra Hearts of Oak here, and I’m happy with the play today so next week I think we will have time to work on the injured players and see if they can come and join us for the Hearts of Oak game,” remarked coach Yaw Acheampong.

The eagerly anticipated clash between Aduana Stars and Hearts of Oak is scheduled to take place on May 18 at the Accra Sports Stadium, promising an electrifying encounter between two formidable opponents.
