Yaw Acheampong, the head coach of Aduana Stars, has pledged to address the club’s scoring challenges, which have plagued them this season.
The two-time champions of the Ghana Premier League have struggled in the attacking department in the early stages of the campaign, scoring only four goals in their first five matches.
Their inability to capitalize on opportunities was evident in a narrow defeat to Asante Kotoko last Friday. Following the match, the former Elmina Sharks coach assured that he would work to resolve the club’s scoring issues in the upcoming games.
“It’s disappointing. We will go back and rectify our goal-scoring problem,” he stated.
Aduana Stars currently occupy the 10th position on the Ghana Premier League table with 6 points. Their next fixture will see them hosting Great Olympics.
