Ghanaian international Yaw Yeboah played a crucial role for Columbus Crew as he provided an assist in their 2-2 draw against Nashville SC in a Major League Soccer (MLS) encounter on Saturday night.
Starting for Columbus Crew in the Week 6 fixture at Geodis Park, Yeboah showcased his talent and contributed to his team’s performance.
Columbus Crew opened the scoring in the 16th minute through Zawadzki, but Nashville SC responded with two goals just before halftime, leaving the visitors trailing.
Determined to salvage a result, Columbus Crew rallied in the second half, with Yeboah playing a key role. In the 79th minute, Yeboah provided an assist to Marina Hinestroza, who found the back of the net, securing a vital equalizer for Columbus Crew.
Thanks to Yeboah’s assist and Hinestroza’s goal, Columbus Crew managed to salvage a point from the match, with the game ending in a 2-2 draw.
