Reading will be without Ghanaian international Andy Yiadom for the home game with Bristol City on Saturday.
Yiadom was booked for the fifth time this season in Tuesday’s defeat at Swansea and will serve a mandatory one-match ban.
The Royals have a host of players on the injury list which continues to be a headache for manager Paul Ince and Yiadom’s suspension is also a source of worry.
Reading are however poised to beat Bristol City as they aim to maintain their position in the top five.
