Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC coach, Prosper Narteh Ogum is pleased with the kind gesture shown towards him by his player Franck Thierry Mbella Etouga.

Ogum was pleased as the player gifted him with a customized jersey of his current club in the Egypt Premier League.

The Former Asante Kotoko striker Franck Etouga Mbella visited the Black Galaxies training camp in Cairo, Egypt ahead of the 2023 Africa Nations Championship (CHAN) tournament.

“You have shown gratitude.
I am very much grateful, Mbella.”, The former Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC coach Tweeted.

The Cameroonian striker presented a jersey to his former coach Dr. Prosper Ogum who’s now assistant coach of the Black Galaxies.

Etouga became the star of the 2021-22 Ghana Premier League season with some scintillating performances for the Porcupine Warriors with great goals. The Cameroonian scored 21 league goals in the Ghana Premier League for Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC.

His goals were very crucial for the Porcupine Warriors who eventually won the 2021-22 Ghana Premier League title which was their first in eight years.

Unfortunately, the 22-year-old couldn’t win the top scorers award for the 2021-22 Ghana Premier League campaign as he was outscored by Yaw Annor of Ashantigold SC who scored 22 goals.

The current Al Masry attacker gifted his former head coach jersey ahead of the tournament in Algeria.
