Gideon Yiriyon, an 18-year-old midfielder, has completed a loan move to Swedish side Degerfors IF from Inter Allies, with the deal including an option for a permanent transfer.
The promising youngster makes the switch after an impressive loan spell with Umeå FC, where he featured in 12 matches and provided two assists, catching the attention of clubs in Sweden’s top football circles.
Gideon Yiriyon has also made his mark on the international stage, representing Ghana at the Under-17 level, where his performances highlighted his technical ability and maturity beyond his age.
