President of the Saudi Arabia Football Federation Yasser Almisehal has congratulated President Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku on his re-election as President of the West African Football Union (WAFU Zone B).
This was contained in a letter sent to the President on Monday, October 17, 2022.
The Ghana FA Boss was on Saturday, October 15, 2022 re-elected to serve for four-year term at the 15th WAFU Zone B General Assembly in Cote D’voire.
‘’On behalf of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) and the Saudi football family, I would like to congratulate you on your reelection as President of the West African Football Union (WAFU) Zone B. Your reelection reflects the trust and quality work you have been developing for the zone, and I am confident that the seven WAFU members will continue to benefit from your vast experience in football and good governance. While I am looking forward to hosting you in Saudi Arabia next month, please accept, dear President, our most sincere regards’’ the letter read.
President Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku will serve in the position until October 2026.
