Asante Kotoko defender Yusuf Nurudeen was elected as Kotoko’s best player of the month, in October. The 31-year-old former RTU defender in October played 340 minutes in 4 games and won one MVP.
The award is organized by the Asante Kotoko supporters chapter, North America Circle 001. Gh¢4,000 among other souvenirs were giving to him for winning the award.
The experienced defender has been shortlisted also for the NASCO Player of the Month alongside Hearts of Oak’s Micheal Ampadu, Appiah McCarthy of Bibiani Gold Stars, Nsoatreman’s midfielder, Abdul Manaf Umar and Aduana Stars’ forward Isaac Mintah.
Yusuf Nurudeen Mohammed has been one of the positive things about Kotoko amidst the struggles.
